DECOS cooperate with Environment Control Center Co.,Ltd (ECC Japan) to establish Kankyo Environmental Solutions Co., Ltd. specializing in environmental testing, measurement, monitoring and analysis.

Dai Dong environment solutions Co.,Ltd was established according to business and tax registration certificate No. 0900991346 by business registration board- Hung Yen department of planning and investment.

Hung Yen Department of Planning & Investment issued investment certificate No. 6524412072  for Dai Dong environment solutions Co.,Ltd to operate the project  “waste recycling, environmental management and technique consultancy”.

Under the proposal of the investors, Hung Yen Department of Planning & Investment decided to end the pilot project to produce and sell fuel from recycled paper and plastic.

Hung Yen Department of Planning & Investment issued Investment Registration Certificate No 4366252382 for a pilot project to produce and sell fuel from recycled paper and plastic to adjust the project duration.

The People’s Committee of Hung Yen province issued Investment Registration Certificate No 05122000129 for a pilot project to produce and sell fuel from recycled paper and plastic which was implemented in Dai Dong waste treatment area in Dai Dong commune, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province.

IKE and Urenco11 signed a Business Cooperation Contract (BCC Contract) on a pilot project to produce and sell fuel from recycled paper and plastic.

IKE and URENCO11 signed an agreement, a memorandum of understanding, meeting minutes reagrding the Cooperation to study the feasibility of producing and selling fuel from recycled paper and plastic.
